Adverse Childhood experiences are potentially traumatic events that occurred before the age of 18 that can negatively impact health and well-being throughout our life, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being. What we fail to talk about is our financial well-being.
What are money wounds?
Money wounds are the experiences that you've had in life that show up in your emotions "now" in the present robbing you of your energy and opportunity for more growth. Emotions such as judgments, guilt, shame, fear, regret, jealousy, envy and resentment created from divorce, financial struggles, mistakes or bankruptcy.
Emotions not yet released that keep you stuck in patterns or beliefs that prevent you from breaking free to higher levels within yourself.
Money wounds may also be part of your childhood foundation where love may not have been nurtured leaving you feeling not enough.
Maybe in relationships where your voice was not heard or your feelings didn't matter.
I want you to grow in understanding this truth...
