Prosperous Woman Coaching (Janet Kendrick) ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through janetkendrick.com and our programs, and how we use and protect it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.
Information We Collect
Information you give us — such as your name, email address, phone number, messages, booking details and your answers to the Sacred Money Archetypes™ assessment; purchase information — such as the product purchased and billing details (card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number); course activity — such as your progress and comments inside our member area; and basic technical information collected automatically by our website, such as browser type, pages visited and cookies.
How We Use It
To deliver the courses, programs, coaching and resources you request; to process payments and give you access to what you purchased; to respond to your enquiries and book calls; to send you emails you've signed up for, such as your assessment results, newsletters and program updates; and to improve our website and services.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Service Providers
We use trusted providers to run our business, including HighLevel/LeadConnector (website, contact management, email and course hosting), Stripe (payment processing) and Calendly (call booking). These providers only use your information to provide their services to us. Some may store information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the providers above, or where required by law.
Retention and Security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your Choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing prosperous4women@gmail.com.
