Returns & Refunds

Our self-study online courses, training programs, retreats and coaching programs ("Products") are offered either as a one-time payment or on a monthly payment plan for the duration of the Product. Because digital content and access are delivered immediately, all payments that have been successfully processed are final and non-refundable.

If you need to suspend a monthly payment plan, please email prosperous4women@gmail.com stating the reason for your request. Requests sent through social media cannot be accepted. We will reply with a short questionnaire to complete and return. Requests are reviewed as soon as possible, and if approved, the suspension takes effect 30 days from the date of your next payment — meaning your next scheduled payment will be the last one.

Refunds are not available for book purchases. If your copy arrives damaged or incomplete, email prosperous4women@gmail.com describing the issue and we will arrange an exchange. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the damaged copy back; Janet will cover shipping for the replacement. Books purchased through Amazon or other retailers follow that retailer's return policy.
